Pretty village house in the Eastern Alpujarras region of Southern Spain.
This property is distributed over three floors, entry is into a hallway with the kitchen to the left which is fully fitted and has an open fireplace for cosy winter nights. The bathroom is through a doorway to the rear of the hall.
A dining room is on the right hand side of the hall which is pretty and has a window overlooking the village street. There is a good size storeroom through a doorway from this room.
The staircase rises to a spacious hall with french window and juliet balcony overlooking the countryside behind the village. There are three bedrooms on this floor all double bedrooms with built in wardrobes in one.
A second staircase then rises to the lounge with large traditional open fireplace, and french windows leading onto a south facing terrace (the washing machine is installed in the corner of the terrace).
A second terrace is situated to the other side of the top landing which has views to the countryside beyond the village.
Below the house are huge, very dry storerooms which could be developed into further accomodation for the house if required.
Mecina Alfahar is a pretty village between Valor and Ugijar, it has a bar and a restaurant (excellent reputation) a small primary school and the nearest shops are in both Valor and Ugijar.
