Fascinating 300-year-old stone-built house with large garden, situated 1250 m. above sea level on the southern slopes of Sierra Nevada.

A 300-year-old, two-storey house covering an area of 264 square metres.Situated at 1250 metres above sea level in Juviles, a village in the Alpujarra region of the province of Granada.
The property restored about ten years ago. The original structural features (walls, beamed ceilings with either slate or cane, doors windows) have been preserved. Floors tiled throughout. Walls and ceilings recently painted in white with masonry paint.
