A traditional village house in this sleepy village in the heart of the Alpujarras.

The property is very traditional and still reflects the way of life of yesteryear, however this property would need renovating to bring it up to todays standards. It offers a lot of space and could be a very substantial property if the corrales/stables which take up the lower floor of the house were converted into further living accomodation. There is a pretty shaded entrance into the house via a wide traditional wooden door.

The views from the property are spectacular, looking south to the Sierra de la Contraviesa. There are no houses in front of the property and so it does have open views to the front.

The village of Timar does not have a shop or bar at present, but is only a short distance from the main town of Cadiar where there are shops, bars, restaurants, banks, schools and 24/7 medical facilities.
