A staircase leads to a landing again with original floor tiles and a large french window. The main bedroom with sitting room is very pretty and has views to the countryside beyond.

A smaller bedroom is just across the landing with great views through the large window and a small door leading to a possible study.

A wooden staircase leads to the open but shaded terrace on the upper floor which could be converted to provide further bedrooms or just left as it is to offer a lovely shaded dining and relaxing area for the hot summer months.

The property has main services connected and a telephone could be connected with internet access by applying to one of the national telephone companies.

There is car access to the property and parking on land in front of the house.

The village of Valor is very friendly and already is quite cosmopolitan, and here you will find a variety of shops, chemist, bank, bars, restaurants and schools.

Valor is situated just 75 minutes from Almeria airport, 90 minutes from Granada airport and 3 hours from Malaga airport.
