A beautiful restored house in a tiny traditional hamlet in the western
Alpujarras. This house is newly restored and has been done so with
exquisite style. One of the owners is an artist and this is reflected
in the attention to detail and the artistic flair so evident in
the property.
This is a very unique property and is perfect for romantic getaway
to the sun and the traditions of this unspoilt area.
After parking just a few metres away from the house and walking
a few steps one is greeted by a fabulous pair of Moorish wooden
doors giving access to the central courtyard. This courtyard is
well stocked with fruit trees and various flowering plants. There
is also a water feature trickling into a small pond.
While standing in the courtyard to your right is a studio with open
fireplace and room to install a galley kitchen. To your left is
the entrance to the main house. All exterior windows and doors are
new but in the traditional style with shutters and rejas.
The main salon in the property has a seating area around an open
fireplace, dining area and small galley kitchen which has plumbing
for automatic washing machine, wiring for an electric water heater
to be installed, and a 2 ring electric hob.
