Situated in the upper part of the village there are some spectacular southerly views across the mountain valleys from the large roof terrace which makes a superb place to take in the afternoon sun and watch the world go by.

There is vehicular access to the front door although permanent parking is a short walk away. The street entrance leads to:

The roof terrace is accessed from the rear of the property, via another small lane behind the house. An extra room built on the roof which could be used as a workshop or a small office, gives access to the roof terrace. From here are the most wonderful open views of the mountain valleys and the slopes of the Sierra Nevada.

The whole house has undergone fairly recent modernisation and improvement (within the past two years) and all of the services are new and thus not in need of attention. Mains water and electricity are connected and sewers are the municipal system. A telephone line could be connected.

The village itself has a selection of bars and restaurants, a couple of banks, several supermarkets and medical facilities. Overall a practical and affordable village house.
