Built above the bar and the restaurant are the Apartments. There are six large two bedroom apartments and two smaller studios. Like so much of the rest of the building these too have been subject to careful and thoughtful design.

Each apartment is named after one of the Alpujarran villages and whilst all provide the same amenities they are each furnished in an individual style, some having designer furnishings and fittings to lend them an air of quality and distinction. A typical apartment covers 40m² and comprises:

2 Bedrooms. Fully fitted Bathroom. Kitchenette with breakfast bar, double hob, refrigerator, sink with worktops and cupboard space. Lounge/Dining room. There is access to a private balcony as well as the large communal roof terrace - which give great views of the surrounding countryside.

The studio apartments are slightly smaller although still allowing self-catering. They cover around 30m² and comprise:

Lounge/Bedsitting room. Kitchenette - with similar features to above. Fully fitted bathroom. Private balcony. These too have access to the communal roof terrace.

All of the rooms share some common features such as traditional terra-cotta floor tiles, Andalusian fabrics and furnishings and hand made joinery throughout. All of the common areas are of equally high quality and the whole complex could be run as an almost entirely separate business - for example, the ideal opportunity to cater for special interest groups such as artists, birdwatchers, photographers as well as additional forms of long term lets.

Overall we believe that this represents a superb opportunity to take on and even expand an already highly profitable, well run and high quality business venture in a good location within the heart of this increasingly popular region.
