A traditional village house in the Lecrin valley
This is a newly reformed village house in the much sought after Lecrin valley, it has been tastefully reformed and offers a spacious and light open plan living area. There is a traditional Alpujarran style kitchen with tiled worktops and a window overlooking the village street.
The staircase leading to the first floor divides the kitchen and lounge/dining areas. The floors are terracotta tiles and there is a wood burner installed. There is a glass door leading to a tiny rear courtyard where a grapevine is planted providing some shade in the summer months.
On the first floor there are two bedrooms, one to the front of the property and one to the rear. There is a moorish style shower room with toilet and basin situated between the two bedrooms.
The upper floor has the third bedroom and a roof terrace which has alpujarran railings and with views over the village and to the countryside beyond.
This is a tastefully reformed house and is perfect for a holiday home which offers quick access to the ski resort of Sierra Nevada, the beaches of the Costa Tropical and to the historic city of Granada just 20 minutes away.
