This cortijo is situated in a pueblo just 15 minutes from the Costa Tropical town of La Rabita.  The property has been renovated by the current owners and comprises of spacious lounge with large woodburner, terracotta tiled floors and two windows looking out towards open countryside.

The dining room has french windows to a small a patio and into the garden. Leading from the dining room is a door into a bedroom/study which has a small room leading from it which could be made into an ensuite bathroom.

A further doorway leads into another room which could be utilisd as the main entrance as it has a double doorway leading to the side of the property or as a bedroom with french windows installed where the doors currently are.

The kitchen is traditional alpujarran style and has a window to the rear garden, there is also a stable door giving access into the rear garden area.

From the kitchen two steps lead into the family room which has a fireplace and bread oven (which is still functional) a window to the garden and a double door to a patio/ entrance door.

The staircase leads to the upper floor where there are five further bedrooms (four doubles and a single) and a bathroom. There is a laundry room and a further room currently a storeroom (both of which could be converted to provide further bedrooms and or bathrooms) A doorway from the upper floor gives access onto the upper terrace and outside staircase.
