A traditional cortijo which has been partly updated with spectacular views above Capileira in the high Alpujarra.

The cortijo is accessed via a short track from the main track leading into the Sierra Nevada National Park. The property is set on a sloping hillside and the accomodation is split level.

The entrance is at the higher level of the main house and steps lead down into a light and spacious lounge dining room with alpujarran style kitchen. The views are spectacular and the room has plenty of windows looking out on to the views.

Half way down the steps from the front door is a doorway leading to a large double bedroom and also a doorway to the shower room.

An archway leads to a staircase which has three further double bedrooms and a huge marble shower room. Some of the 12 hectares of land is grassland with almond and fig trees which is surrounding the cortijo, and the majority is conifer woodland which is looked after by the Sierra Nevada Park authorities.
