Apartment 1
The first property is the lower floor of the farmhouse and consists of an open plan lounge, dining kitchen with alpujarran style kitchen, sink, cooker and fridge with breakfast bar.

A dining area is set close to the galley kitchen which is fully equipped and in the traditional style of the Alpujarras.
There are three bedrooms, bedroom 1 is large and spacious and has a guest basin and two windows with views to the garden. Bedrrom 2 has two windows, and bedroom 3 has french doors to the terrace overlooking the pool.There is a family bathroom, bath with shower over, double basins, toilet and bidet.
Both apartments are being sold fully furnished and equipped for immediate rental. The apartments are tastefully decorated and styled in keeping with the local traditions.
The second farmhouse is very light and attractive and has a large lounge with open fireplace and french windows to a side terrace and to a flat private garden area. There is a galley kitchen, bathroom and bedroom with french windows to a shaded terrace
The property has three hectares of land, some woodland, and some grassland.
There is a central pool with a filtration system which is shared by all three properties.
The owners of this property are currently running their own website to attract clients (who are mainly Spanish) and experiencing good levels of uptake, so to expand the rentals to the international market would enhance the income even further.
Pampaniera is within walking distance and offers an excellent range of shops, bars and restaurants, and is extremely popular with hikers and tourists of all nationalities. This area was made famous by the writer Chris Stewart who wrote about his and his family's experiences of life in rural Las Alpujarras in the books "Driving over lemons", "A parrot in a pepper tree" and the most recent "Almond blossom appreciation society".
Granada is one hours drive, the ski slopes 75 minutes and the beaches of the Costa Tropical 45 minutes.
