The cortijo has a ruin of 40m2 approx which is attached to the property and is ready for renovation, the ruin has an old working water mill within.

This property has double glazed windows throughout, the property has two entrances one directly into the kitchen/diner which has a woodburner and is fully fitted units and the gas fridge is included in the sale. An archway gives access to a large spacious lounge .The other entrance into the property isinto the main hallway which has doors leading to the kitchen, utility room, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom with corner bath and shower over. The hallway has a woodburner which supplies heat through into the lounge.
