The cortijo is situated along a two kilometre track with just two or three other properties using the track. Situated in a secluded location with countryside and distant seaviews.

There is parking for eight cars to the side of the house.

The main entrance to the property leads into a hallway and to the left is a pretty country kitchen with wooden units and a window to the front of the property an archway leads into a dining room with large fireplace with woodburner. A further doorway leads to an inner hall with large bathroom off. Another door leads to a utility room which has a sink and fitted kitchen units, washing machine and tumble dryer.

To the right hand side from the entrance hall a door leads into the lounge which is spacious and has a large open fireplace with open flame gas fire.

A doorway from the lounge leads into the guest suite which has a mezzanine bedroom. A further ground floor bedroom is also accessed from the lounge.

There are five further bedrooms, two having ensuite bathrooms and a family bathroom on the first floor of the property.

To the front of the property is a large terraced area with insect repellant covering making al fresco dining insect free!

The views from the property are of the surrounding countryside and hills and the Mediterranean can be seen in the distance.

To the side of the property is a 120m2 ruin which could be converted to provide a seperate property or incorporated into the main house.

The land is planted mainly with almonds and figs, there are one or two flats areas on which it would be possible to apply for permission to build a new cortijo.

The swimming pool is 10m x 5m, is heated and has a full filtration system. The cortijo has mains water and electricity and a deposito (water storage tank) with full irrigation water rights.

Sky TV, telephone and internet are also connected.

The owners of the property have had success with holiday rentals and B&B acccomodation and have a website promoting this.

The airports of Almeria and Granada are approx a 90 minutes drive.
