This is a tastefully reformed cortijo in a small pueblo in the countryside close to the Costa Tropical.

The property comprises of a light and spacious lounge with beams and traditional windows with views to the countryside. There is also a detached ruin of 80m2 over two floors which would make a lovely guest house in addition to the main property and a stable 20m2 which is attached to the main cortijo and could become further ground floor accomodation.

The property has the benefit of mains water connected and spring water which is 1 day every 6 days.The current owners have paid for the mains electricity connection to the door so that would just have to be completed within the property.

The property is situated along a fairly lengthy track which is tarmaced part of the way, the remainder of the track is good and it is possible to get to the property with a normal car. There are a number of ways to the property one from the Murtas road, one from La Rabita (which is scheduled to be tarmaced in the near furture and would make the journey to the coast about 15 minutes) and one from Albuñol all being tracks.

This property is situated in a pueblo in the countryside, there are other properties in the area all of which are well cared for and some being renovated as well. There is a very pretty church in the pueblo in need of reform and when the pueblo school house is sold it will be reformed from the proceeds.There are sea views and the property is south facing and enjoys the benefit of the sun for most of the day.
