There is a large and impressive terrace to the front of the property which is walled and has Alpujarran style beamed fencing to the front so as not to impede the view which is spectacular to the white villages and the Sierra Nevada mountain range. In the centre of the terrace is a low walled area which could be utilised as a fish pond, flower bed or perhaps even a central permanent BBQ and summer kitchen.
