A beautiful traditional stone cortijo which has recently been renovated to a high standard.

The property has spring water and is available all year round from a spring on the land. Central heating which is a must for the colder winter days in the mountains. Solar power with generator back up when neccessary.

The access to the property is along a track maintained by the Junta de Andalucia, from the main road between Berchules and Juviles in the high Alpujarras. Both of the villages are about 10 minutes drive where schools, shops, bars, restaurants, banks etc can be found. The area is very popular with walkers and hikers, artists, photographers and people seeking the real Spain.
