Also on the lower
floor is a tradtional kitchen with open fire and bread oven.
Access through a corridor
leads us to the bodega where the large barrels of wine are to found,
and all the equipment involved in the making of it. The wine from
this cortijo is extremley good and can be recommended! We were given
a tasting the day that we visited at 11 ! in the morning! . Leading
from the bodega is a single garage and storeroom.

The seven hectares
of land included in the sale is all productive land and is planted
as follows three hectares of vines, three hectares of almonds and
one hectare of figs. Also seperate from the house is a small nave
/agricultural store adjacent to the track.
The property is located
in a pretty green area of the Sierra de la Contraviesa and approximately
15 mins to Albondon and about 20 mins to Cadiar. In either of these
towns shops, bars, restaurants, banks, schools and medical facilities
can be found.
Granada airport - 75 minutes drive. Almeria airport - 90 minutes
drive.
