The first comprises of two floors and the living accomodation for this building is on the first floor. Although because of its situation it is on a hillside access is from ground level. On the lower floor are the animal stables and store rooms.

The second part of the cortijo is again on the first floor with access via a outside staircase. On entering the central sitting room bedrooms are set off to the sides. A bathroom is accessed through one of these bedrooms.

There are again numerous stores and animal rooms etc below.

This property does need reorganising and requires some degree of renovation but the property appears to be structurally sound and dry.

There is 10,000 m2 of land with the property some is situated in front of the first part of the Cortijo and would make a lovely garden with fantastic views and the remainder is a strip of land running down to the river bed. Which is planted mainly to almonds and figs.

About 20 mins to the nearest village amenities including shops, bars restaurants and schools. 30 mins drive to the coast and about 90 mins to both Granada and Almeria airports.
