property is in an excellent location just off the main road to Cádiar.

As
you can see in the photos below the Garage is a really long room
which could easily accommodate three cars. Alternatively you could
convert this into a self-contained Apartment for rental purposes
or merely for friends and family.
The
Land around the property is totally flat and needs a little planting,
but behind the house there are several Fir trees which always look
very pretty and smell great. As mentioned earlier there is ample
space here for a Swimming pool, Terrace and BBQ area and a small
Vegeable garden. The water deposit can be used for irrigation purposes
as well as for topping up the pool.
The
views from the Cortijo and the Garden are stunning all around, but
especially to the North where you have panoramic views of the gorgeous
Snowcapped peaks of the Sierra Nevada Mountains.
Although
admittedly not the most attractive property on first viewing, this
could certainly be improved upon to create a beautiful rural family
home with stunning views. With the addition of a covered porch,
a few arches and planting around the land, this property could look
quite different. Altogether a great package.
