The property is detached and has no immediate neighbours and included in the sale are three flat terraces of land. The south facing views are spectacular and like a lot of these areas on the flanks of the Sierra Nevada, you can see the African coast when the atmospheric conditions are right - cooler air over the coast producing less humidity - and the Moroccan coast is visible to the naked eye.
