A large Cortijo situated on the Sierra de Contraviesa with many outbuildings. There are three rooms with traditional open fireplaces and a bread oven ( they make wonderful Pizzas!).

The property has 120,000 m2 of land 12 hectares and this is all usable land. Part of the land is on the other side of the Murtas road and has the most incredible views to the Sierra Nevada to the North and to the Mediterranean in the South. It would be possible to build a seperate house there with the correct permissions in place.

This property has mains water and its own spring which fills the deposit with irrigation water. It would be neccessary to install a generator and or Solar panels but there is expected to be mains electricity available in the area very soon.
