A traditional cortijo in need of work on the Sierra de la Contraviesa between the Sierra Nevada mountains and the Mediterranean.

The property is a traditional stone farmhouse with a footprint of approx 75m2 over two floors. A private track leads to the property from the main track into the pueblo. There are four other properties in the vecinity two of which are undergoing major reform work at present, one in need of some updating and another detached one about 50 meters from the other four.

The cortijo has traditional entrance hall with a lounge leading off and also an original kitchen. There is also the traditional bodega complete with huge wine vat. To the side of the bodega is a raised cave room, in recent years used as a bedoom.

A staircase leads to the upper floor where there are six good sized rooms with access to the outside from the room at the rear.
