There are two ruins on the land a large ruin of 300m2+ and a smaller one of approx 100m2.

There is plenty of water available from the shared mountain water the property has 20 hours of water every week, which is more than sufficient for the property when reformed and for the gardens.

The cortijo is situated in the Sierra Nevada park between Valor and Laroles.
