A large cortijo ruin in the Sierra Nevada parque natural for full project renovation.

There is very little remaining of this cortijo but there is a 190m2 footprint which is important to allow for a large rural cortijo to be built here.

The property has lovely views to the mountains and countryside surrounding the property.

There is plenty of water available from an all year round spring which forms the boundary of part of the land.

The ruin also has an era (threshing circle) which is situated just above the ruin.

This property is approached along a track of approx 4kms behind the pretty village of Mecina Bombaron in the high Alpujarras.

Both Granada and Almeria airport can be reached in around 1 hr 30 mins.
