A wonderful location for this cortijo in the high Alpujarra close to Trevelez.
The cortijo is in a partially ruined state and requires quite a large renovation project to make it worthy of its lovely location.
The property is set on a hillside overlooking the Rio Trevelez gorge.
This cortijo has two floors the upper floor consisting of two large rooms and a staircase leading to the lower floor which has four good sized rooms. Some of the walls have been restored, but the roof is need of reform. There are a number of windows which have been blocked up but could soon be reopened allowing even more light into the property.
Water is supplied by means of a shared acequia and a natural spring on the land. Electricity is not connected but the connection point is quite close by on the side of the main road from Trevelez just a few metres away.
