A potentially lovely house in the popular mountain village of Berchules
in the beautiful Alpujarras south of Granada.
This
house was lived in until a few years ago and but is now in need
of some TLC. The property has the potential to be a wonderful house
with a fabulous courtyard garden and roof terraces. This property
is full of traditional features and has electricity and water connected.
The
accommodation is distributed over three floors and has entry from
two seperate streets. The views are spectacular and on a clear day
you can see the Mediterranean.

possible courtyard garden?

On
entering the property from the street level we enter a hallway with
rooms to the front of the property taking advantage of the fantastic
views over the village and to the Sierra de Contraviesa and on to
the sea.
There are two bedrooms
on the top floor and a kitchen, bathroom and toilet, down the stairs
to the middle floor where there are three more rooms, and down a
further staircase which leads to a further four rooms. The property
also has stables and wheresome of these have fallen down the outer
wall remains which would give a lovely private garden and courtyard.
Although this property
is in need of renovation it would not have to be on a grand scale
and having the benefit of electricity and water in this popular
village it will stay on the market too long!
