The access to this property is excellent sitting just a few hundred metres off the main road to Cádiar. The property is in a small settlement of similar farm buildings so not on it's own, but the Spanish locals are a very friendly and generous people and what better way to integrate into the community than by having neighbours close by to converse with if located outside of a town.

The property has a small amount of land with it and this is very close by and planted mostly with Almonds. The views from the land and the property are spectacular - looking straight North to the Snowcapped Peaks of the Sierra Nevada and all the white washed villages in the foothills.
