This is a very large L-shaped building which is currently only used
for agriculture, but could be converted into a Luxury Farmhouse.
The access to this property is excellent sitting just a few hundred
metres off the main road to Cádiar. The property is in a
small settlement of similar farm buildings so not on it's own, but
the Spanish locals are a very friendly and generous people and what
better way to integrate into the community than by having neighbours
close by to converse with if located outside of a town.
The
property has a small amount of land with it and this is very close
by and planted mostly with Almonds. The views from the land and
the property are spectacular - looking straight North to the Snowcapped
Peaks of the Sierra Nevada and all the white washed villages in
the foothills.
Since
this is not yet a farmhouse property there are no designated rooms
to list, but there are several very big rooms which offer an awful
lot of potential for some great living space. The average room sizes
are 26m². There is also a large south facing terrace which
is currently covered over, but could be completely opened up to
give you all day sunshine.
Access
to the coast from this property is about 25 - 30 minutes drive.
Mains water and mains electricity are available although not connected
at present. A septic tank would need to be installed but the land
that comes with the property is very near so this would not be difficult
to do. A solid structure which is partly original and partly new
built with a good sized footprint and a clean canvas to design the
ideal rural property.
