This is a small attached cortijo on the Sierra de la Contraviesa
which has a separate building close by with a small parcel of land
behind. The cortijo is semi-habitable, it has decent structure and
although needs clearing out it is in a good condition, but there
is no bathroom or toilet facilities so this and a septic tank would
need installing. There is already mains water to the property.
The
accommodation in the cortijo consists of 2 bedrooms a living room
and a very basic kitchen, plus store rooms. The property is single
storey and attached behind and to one side to neighbouring cortijos.

The
larger building pictured below under Outbuildings is at present
only used as an agricultural store and therefore not at all habitable,
but it could be possible to convert this into a habitation. The
land with the two properties sits directly behind this building
and is very flat.
Access
to these properties is along a very good dirt track about 4km long.
It may be possible to have mains electricity connected one day since
there has been a feasibility study done in the area and it is usually
just a matter of time until this is implemented. For now the source
of power would be from solar panels.
