Traditional farmhouse dating back to moorish times in an idyllic location.
The main farmhouse is u shaped and is situated to the front of the whole site, the entrance into the property is through an arched gateway into a very pretty courtyard with bread oven and pebbled patterned floor. The entrance hallway of the property has two sets of double doors, the doors to the right lead into a cosy lounge with woodburner set into a fireplace, to the rear of the lounge a doorway leads into the utility room and traditional kitchen and to the side of which is a doorway opening into the central courtyard which has a lemon tree in the centre and fabulous views to the Mediterranean. Returning to the lounge a doorway opens into a games room with access to the large family bathroom, and also a further access to a small courtyard with the entrance to the guest bedroom.
Returning to the main hallway double doors again lead into another sitting room off which all five bedrooms are situated, two of which are mezzanine floors from the lower two bedrooms. The master suite is towards the front of the property and has lovely view and access into the central courtyard. The master suite also has an ensuite shower room and a mezzanine gallery.
The business part of the property is to the rear of the house and offers kenneling for up to twenty dogs in 10 large and spacious kennels.
To the very rear of the buildings is a further small farmhouse which could be converted to a guest cottage, but is currently used as a stable for the donkey!
There are a number of ruins within the 700m2 of buildings which could be developed further.
The property is accessed along a 1km dirt track, and the beaches of the costa Tropical are about a 15 minute drive.
