A traditional cortijo in the Sierra Nevada parque natural which has been tastefully converted into four rental properties.

These four properties have been lovingly restored by the owner over a period of time and are situated in a magnificent location with views to the Trevelez valley.

The properties consist of a two storey house with four bedrooms and two bathrooms and three single storey properties one with three bedrooms and two with two bedrooms.

The design of the properties is a traditional rustic style, with beams, terracotta floors and wooden windows and doors.

The properties have mains electricity connected and water is provided by one of three mountain springs on the property. There gardens have been landscaped and there is also a swimming pool with wooden decking surround.

In addition to the four rental properties there is also a 380m2 ruin which can also be converted to provide further accomodation.

There is the possibility of a telephone connection but currently it is not connected.

The nearest town is Trevelez which is a popular holiday resort for mountain climbers, hikers and tourists alike. Trevelez has a good selection of shops, bars, restaurants, banks, medical centre, pharmacy and schools.

Trevelez is renowned for its Jamon Serrano and for the beautiful rugs made locally.
